"I'm happy with the quality, price, customer service and time it took to arrive. I'm a little disappointed with not being able to use diacritics (accents) on names. Whether this is a software or hardware limitation, it's upsetting that my niece's actual name couldn't be included. From a business' point of view, you're also excluding an entire chunk of the market (world) by not being able to supply their names!"
