I had it delivered straight to my friend and asked specialmoment if they could insert a message saying who it was from.They responded saying they will and that they will also wrap it FOC for me and how sorry they were that my friends dog had passed away .My friend posted on Facebook that she had received this beautiful frame and I got to see how nicely it had been wrapped etc .I would 100% use this company again and highly recommend them"

"The engraving was lovely and I was very happy with that aspect of the order. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the box itself. It feels quite flimsy and not very sturdy, especially considering the price paid. The lid is already misaligned and does not close properly, which makes it seem easily breakable. This is unfortunate, as I had originally intended to place additional orders. However, given the overall quality of the box compared to the cost, I do not feel it offers good value for money."
