Production times

Each product has its own unique production time. We strive to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Below, you'll find information about our delivery services, excluding these production times.

To estimate a delivery date, please check the 'Delivery & Personalisation' section on the product page or simply add the product to your basket to view the complete delivery timeframe.

Delivery services

2nd Class - Royal Mail 48
Takes typically 2 days after dispatch but can be up to 5 during peak times. Delivery might be prolonged for Northern Ireland and the Highlands.
1st Class - Royal Mail 24
Typically delivers the next working day from dispatch. During peak times, it may take up to 3 days.
1st Class Tracked (larger orders only) - Royal Mail 24 Tracked
Offers tracking for peace of mind. It's advisable to use this service for urgent orders.
Priority Express (Production is prioritised) - Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Courier
All orders are production-prioritised. Please review the checkout information for delivery method as some products are dispatched via courier (FedEx).


Royal Mail services are not guaranteed. For best results, allow ample time for delivery, especially during peak seasons. Royal Mail delivers on Saturdays, but not Sundays or bank holidays. Our couriers operate Monday to Friday.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver only within the Royal Mail UK postal areas, which includes:

  • Mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)
  • Northern Ireland
  • The Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey)
  • The Isle of Man
  • BFPO Addresses

My package hasn't arrived on time

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check with your neighbors in case it was left with them.
  • Reach out to your local sorting office.
  • If you're still unable to locate it, contact us with your correct delivery address.
  • We'll consider a package lost after 10 working days post-dispatch and will offer a replacement.
Note: Refunds aren't available if the delivery receipt shows ‘Delivered’. We can provide a replacement if your address is verified as correct.
