A name, a few words and the small blue flowers that say 'forget me not'. This memorial ornament takes the shape of an open book, with your tribute on the left and a fixed remembrance poem on the right.
Choose a name or family role for the first line, then use the remaining space for dates and words you associate with them. The resin book is for an indoor remembrance space, perhaps beside a photograph; it is not suitable for outdoor use.
Your tribute
The first line allows 15 characters, followed by four lines of up to 25 characters each, including spaces. All wording appears as entered. Please avoid all capitals, which can make the script difficult to read.
The poem is fixed and begins 'Forget me not, as time goes by', with verses about remembering someone in the sky and carrying them in your heart.
About the ornament
