1.2 Conditions of Web Site Use Governing Law and Contract Formation No contract will subsist between you and Special Moment for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Special Moment accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Special Moment sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Special Moment irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
1.3 Returns You have the right to return goods to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods for any reason, and for a full refund of the original charges. You are responsible for returning the goods to Special Moment and you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is not fit for the purpose originally intended. To return an item please contact us in writing beforehand and wait for a confirmation before returning goods. Written contact can be in any of the following formats - email and post. You will receive a refund, or your credit card will be refunded, no later than 30 days after Special Moment�s receipt of returned goods. If we fail to deliver an order within 30 days of the order being placed you are entitled to a full refund 1.3.1 Personalised calendar returns With personalised calendars will will only accept a return of 1 of a particular design. So if you create a calendar and order 10 copies, you can only return one. Therefore, it may make sense to order 1 calendar, then order more copies once you have approved it. We will do our best to ensure your photos look great, defects and red eye will normally be removed, however during busy periods it is not possible to check every photo. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all photos are of good enough quality for printing. 1.4 Disclaimer Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Special Moment nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.
