Standard Delivery
The vast majority of UK first class deliveries will arrive on the next day after being despatched, however during peak times of the year such as Christmas they can take up to 3 days.
If your order has not arrived after this time period it is recommended that you contact your local sorting office to see if it has been left there for collection because there have been occasions where Royal Mail staff have not left attempted delivery cards.
Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 5 working days of despatch, and after you have contacted your local sorting office.
Next working day courier
This requires a signature on arrival. Our courier does not operate on Saturdays
or Bank Holidays, therefore orders despached on Friday will be received on
Monday.
Production Time
All items are produced and despatched within 3 working days apart from Ceramic &
Printed Glass, which will be despatched between 3-5 days.
Personalised Greeting Cards received before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day.
Personalised Photo Calendars are dispatched within 5 working days.
